F. The governor is a dirty street fighter
The governor is passionate about a beautiful city with clean streets.
The governor fights (boxing, hits etc) dirty in the street with his citizens.
g. I cannot recommend him to highly.
I cannot recommend him because I do not care for him or his character.
I cannot recommend him because he did not do well on something.
h. Terry loves his wife and so do I.
Terry loves his wife and the person loves Terry wife too.
