m. saltpeter               saltpeter (monomorphemic)
        - This one was is STILL confusing to me: it seems monomorphemic, and then it doesn't.
        - Here is a brief history of the word:
saltpeter Look up saltpeter at Dictionary.com: "potassium nitrate," c.1500, earlier salpetre (early 14c.), from O.Fr.
salpetre, from M.L. sal petrae "salt of rock," from L. sal "salt" (see salt) + petra "rock,
stone." So called because it looks like salt encrusted on rock.
        - Part of me wants to divide the word into salt + peter, but I know that the meaning of "peter" to
me is a name and not a rock. Therefore, I labeled it as monomorphemic.

n. airsickness, air + sick + ness air + sick + ness
